ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT THE REPAIRS WE OFFER:

At ESS, we repair all makes and models of drive-thru communications equipment. We are also an authorized service provider & repair depot for Fast Track drive-thru timing systems.

If you would like to ship us something for repair, it is necessary to enclose a note in the box with your name, address, phone number and an explanation of the problem. Also, be sure to keep a record of your shipping information (so that it can be tracked if necessary) and be sure to insure your package.

Do you need your headsets repaired? Complete our online form to get your headsets picked up by UPS and sent to our repair shop. (An email confirmation will be sent that we received your request.) Click here to begin the REQUEST FORM.

Note: If you need a loaner headset please be sure to state that information on the form. Limit Only 2 per customer and Pending availability.

We do offer monthly service plans if you would like that option (no contract required), but it is also perfectly okay to pay as you go. The majority of our customers do that, and we are all about doing whatever makes our customers happiest.

E.S.S. also offers advanced replacements of defective equipment to help you get working equipment to your store more quickly. No other repair company has an advance replacement program as affordable and reasonable as ours. Please contact us for details.

Shipping in Your Repairs — How it works:

1. Print out Repair Request Form and fill it out carefully & completely.
2. Pack and pad your equipment in a sturdy, well sealed container.
3. Call us for UPS Pickup OR bring the package to your preferred shipping location and add insurance.

TIPS FOR SHIPPING YOUR REPAIRS TO E.S.S.

· PLEASE CALL, EMAIL OR CONTACT US THROUGH OUR WEB SITE: It is a good idea to contact us and let us know what you are shipping to us. Sometimes, we can offer suggestions that will get your equipment working again without a repair – depending on the problem. Also, we can create a service order for your repair so that we know what to expect and also make sure that it gets invoiced properly. All of this helps us to serve you better. Be prepared to provide equipment serial numbers.

· WE CAN HELP YOU WITH SHIPPING: Please call 615-340-9033, email customersupport@essnashville.com to request a return label or UPS pick up service. We can keep track of what you are sending and will help if there is a problem. We make sure that the shipment is properly insured for you, and we will process the claim if your package gets lost. If you choose to ship the item yourself, please make sure to keep a record of the tracking number and to insure your package for its replacement value. If you need help figuring out what that amount might be, we will be glad to help.

· PACK YOUR EQUIPMENT CAREFULLY TO PREVENT MORE DAMAGE: Choose a nice, sturdy cardboard box. The ones that hold condiment packets are usually ideal. Be sure to pack the box full of cushioning material to fill the empty space. You can use packing peanuts, bubble wrap or crumpled paper or really anything that will provide good cushioning to prevent the box and your equipment from getting crushed. Tape the box up well, and it is always helpful if you include a note inside the box. If you ship the equipment yourself, provide address information on your note. Also, descriptions of the problems you are experiencing are always appreciated.

· KEEP YOUR BATTERIES AND PADS IF YOU DON’T WANT US TO DISPOSE OF THEM: We routinely dispose of used pads on the headsets, so if you want to keep the pads, don’t ship them to us. With batteries, we can have bad batteries recycled for you if you like. Otherwise, if you send us a battery, we can test it for you if you need us to do so, but other than that, it is best for you to keep it.

· Repairs are available for PAR Drive Thru (formerly 3M), HME and Panasonic drive thru headsets and other system components. We use OEM parts, and we are authorized by all three manufacturers!
