Be prepared to provide equipment serial numbers.
WE CAN HELP YOU WITH SHIPPING! If you’d like to request a return label, please fill out our online Shipping Label Request Form or call us at 615-340-9033. We can keep track of what you are sending and will help if there is a problem. We make sure that the shipment is properly insured for you, and we will process the claim if your package gets lost.
If you choose to ship the item yourself, please make sure to keep a record of the tracking number and to insure your package for its replacement value. If you need help figuring out what that amount might be, we will be glad to help.
PACK YOUR EQUIPMENT CAREFULLY TO PREVENT MORE DAMAGE. Choose a nice,sturdy cardboard box. The ones that hold condiment packets are usually ideal. Be sure to pack the boxfull of cushioning material to fill the empty space. You can use packing peanuts, bubble wrap or crumpled paper or really anything that will provide good cushioning to prevent the box and your equipment from getting crushed. Tape the box up well, and it is always helpful if you include a note inside the box. If you ship the equipment yourself, provide address information on your note. Also, descriptions of the problems you are experiencing are always appreciated.
KEEP YOUR BATTERIES AND PADS IF YOU DON’T WANT US TO DISPOSE OF THEM. We routinely dispose of used pads on the headsets, so if you want to keep the pads, don’t ship them to us. With batteries, we can have bad batteries recycled for you if you like. Otherwise, if you send us a battery, we can test it for you if you need us to do so, but other than that, it is best for you to keep it.
Repairs are available for PAR Drive Thru (formerly 3M), HME and Panasonic drive thru headsets and other system components. We use OEM parts, and we are authorized by all three manufacturers!
