The C960 has been discontinued for several years, but many are still in service in restaurants across the country. ESS still services C960 systems with 3M OEM parts. The C960 shares many components with the C860 and C1025 such as the battery charger, batteries and programming cable.

C960/C1025/C860 Programming Instructions
Program your C960 headset or C860 beltpack transceiver if you hear static, have trouble hearing or talking. You must also reprogram if you have changed your channels.
