It fits directly over the ear protrusion, sealing out background noise from the kitchen or drive-thru lane so your staff can hear customer orders clearly. Over time, the donut breaks down from daily wear, sweat, and repeated headset changes between shifts. When it begins to flatten, crack, or simply falls off, sound quality and comfort both suffer. Swapping in a fresh donut with a new foam earpad restores a snug, comfortable fit and full audio clarity without replacing the whole headset.
