The HME 333G012R is the OEM Saw-Cut retro-fit loop wire kit used when a drive-thru lane has already been poured and a new inductive loop must be installed or an existing failed loop must be replaced. It is also known as HME part number 400G766A (Retro-Fit Loop Saw-Cut Kit). A saw is used to cut a narrow slot in the existing concrete or asphalt pavement, the loop wire is laid into the slot in a rectangular pattern, and the slot is sealed with loop sealant to protect the wire from traffic and moisture — creating a reliable underground inductive loop for vehicle detection. This wire is the essential starting point for any saw-cut loop installation or repair at the menu board, cashier window, or present window detection points.

The HME VDB102 Internal Vehicle Detector Board is a critical drive-thru component from HM Electronics (HME), an industry leader in quick-service restaurant drive-thru communication systems worldwide. It connects directly inside a compatible HME base station or timer system. It interfaces with an underground inductive loop wire installed in the drive-thru lane to detect vehicle presence producing a tone in crew member headsets and activating drive-thru timers at designated detection points such as the menu board, cashier window, and present window.

The VDB102 is a direct upgrade replacement for the earlier VDB101 board and installs easily onto three plastic standoffs inside the base station with no soldering or special tools required. A built-in LED indicator lights when a vehicle is detected over the loop, making confirmation of proper operation quick and straightforward. The HME VDB102 Internal Vehicle Detector Board G27470 Drive-Thru Loop Sensor is compatible with the HME Ion IQ 6000, 6100, 6200 and 6700 systems as well as the HME EOS model base station. This product ships with a WIR-00004 Interconnect cable.
